Product and Service Guest Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may bring it back within 7 days with a receipt so we can reevaluate your needs. We will give our guests credit value toward products or spa services.

Cancellation Policy
Aspect Beauty requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedules. We request that all services be held with a credit card or gift number. No shows and late cancellations will be charged in full.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and Care Credit.

Gift Cards
A gift card for well-being awaits someone you care about. Gift cards are available all year for any denomination. All gift cards can be redeemed for products or service.

Series
Treatment series are available for both salon and spa services. The purchaser/gift recipient only can use the series issued and is not transferable. There are no exceptions.

Remember this is personal time. For the consideration of all our guests to ensure the most relaxing experience, we appreciate all conversations be kept quiet in the MedSpa area.
